In 2009, due to the typhoon Ondoy, JOAVI partnered with ACQUASPORTS BOATS & YACHT Company LTD of China, professional and high quality manufacturer of Inflatable Boats, Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats, and other related products, in importing and supplying multimillion-peso rescue boats and equipment to the Philippine Red Cross and various Local Government Units and agencies.​

In 2010, JOAVI is proud to say that it also represents authors of green technologies for growing various types of hardwood and high-valued trees and of renewable energy applications. Such green technology allows for particular high-valued trees to achieve maximum growth potential in as short as 35% of its traditional growth cycle time, for instance, and the harnessing of renewable sources for energy.
