THE biennial International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) 2013, which was held in Abu Dhabi last 17th to 21st of February, was a huge success with committed defence orders from UAE amounting to about DHS 14B, according to gulfnews.com (http://gulfnews.com/business/economy/idex-2013-concludes-with-dh14-1b-deals-1.1149481 . Being an international event, it likewise attracted visitors from around the world including corporate officials and decision-makers from Asia, Europe, America and Australia.
